Martech Optimization
Most stacks are overbought and underused. We find what you pay for and never use, and make the rest work together.
We audit what you pay for, switch on the capabilities already in your contracts, cut the redundant tools, and integrate the rest so your tools stop disagreeing about the numbers. A mediocre tool that shares data cleanly with the rest of your stack beats a brilliant one that creates a silo.
What we do
- Inventory. Every tool, what it costs, who uses it each week, and which of its capabilities are switched on.
- Switch on what you own. Features your platforms have shipped since the contract was signed, often the same ones your team is evaluating other vendors for.
- Cut the overlap. Redundant tools and the seats nobody uses.
- Integrate the rest. For every tool, where its data goes and what picks it up. If the answer is a CSV export, we fix the connection or replace the tool.
- AI search visibility. Our AI search visibility audit checks whether AI answer engines can read your site and whether your analytics can see what they send you.
Where the founder has done this
The founder built Nav's marketing stack and team from a blank org chart, and later rebuilt attribution at Linqto.
- Marketing org built from zero to 20+ (Nav)
- Paid scaled from roughly $50-100K/month to $1.5M/month while holding CAC targets (Nav)
- Unattributed "direct" traffic cut from over 80% to under 30% (Linqto)
