About LBJO Consulting

Headshot of Logan B. Jones-Olson, founder of LBJO Consulting

LBJO Consulting delivers growth for organizations of all sizes through customized, AI-driven marketing and sales systems, with optional fractional CMO oversight. The mission is simple: real growth, with minimal effort on your part, at a price that makes sense for a scaling company.

We specialize in martech, fintech, and ecommerce, because those are the sectors the founder has operated in, not merely advised. We know the unique pressures you face: acquisition costs that climb every quarter, stacks that cost more than they return, attribution nobody trusts, and the gap between a growth plan on a slide and a team actually executing one.

Our expertise runs from building and leading high-impact teams and optimizing technology stacks to deploying advanced but practical AI systems that improve marketing and sales performance across every channel. The strategic direction and the hands-on support come from the same place, so you see tangible results quickly instead of a deck and an invoice.

Consider us an integrated extension of your team: on-demand access to senior-level marketing and sales judgment precisely when and where it matters most. We help you establish a strong foundation, put your technology to work, and reach the measurable growth that moves the business forward.

The Founder

Logan B. Jones-Olson spent eight years at Nav (2015 to 2023) building marketing from a blank org chart to a 20+ person organization, leading the rebrand from Creditera to Nav, and scaling paid acquisition to approximately $1.5M per month while holding CAC and payback targets. Nav grew from stagnant to 362% revenue growth, past 1 million customers. Promoted to Chief Product Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, he rebuilt the product org from 1 to 12 and launched first-party products that became over two-thirds of company revenue.

At Linqto (2024 to 2025) he rebuilt marketing attribution, cutting unattributed "direct" traffic from over 80% to under 30%, and launched an affiliate program from zero that delivered 15% of new customers in its first six months. Today he also owns and operates Upgrade Labs Park City, a brick-and-mortar human performance business. His career started in ecommerce at Overstock.com and Target.

How We Think About the Work

Most growth problems are not spend problems. They are measurement problems or friction problems wearing a budget request. So every engagement starts with diagnosis: what actually produces customers, what does each one cost, and where does the funnel quietly lose people. Only then do we prescribe, and what we prescribe is a system your team will own, not a dependency on us.
